Full Metal Panic, Fumoffu, Second Raid
Actually I felt the first was the best. Followed by second raid, fumoffu is is lame. About mecha and a clueless war veteran sergeant Sagara Sosuke under orders to protect a high school girl, Chidori. The genius captain Tessa is quite cool too.
